Olive tree identification

Question:

Hi. I'm just about to try making this. I'm not sure what sort of olive tree I have. Are you able to tell me how to identify if it is a Chinese olive tree? It was already planted when I moved in and I have only seen fruit from it a few times after they have dropped to the ground. Usually by then the ants get to them and only the seeds are left so it's a bit hard to tell what the fruit look like.

I'm no expert on olive trees but those leaves do not look like olive leaves to me.

I would suggest you ask at a reputable nursery.
