Olive Leaf and Blood sugar

Question:
Is it known to reduce blood sugar?

Answer:
Yes, tests done on rats show it does, but while it is believed to work the same way in humans there have not been sufficient human trials done to quantify this.
If on medication to control sugar levels one should consult your doctor before taking olive leaf extract as it may alter dosage requirements.
