Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Fibromyalgia

Question:
I have been a sufferer of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia for over a decade. I was just wondering if you can advise me as to how long I should expect to wait before seeing any kind of improvement in my symptoms?

I have only been taking one 60mg tablet per day, for the last 9 days, as I currently have a virus on top of my condition. I have been experiencing extreme 'die off' symptoms whilst taking the olive leaf capsules. Does the length of time a person has had a condition affect the length of time it takes to experience positive results?

Answer:
Yes, the longer and more entrenched pathogens have become the more severe the 'die-off' will be and the longer it will take to wear them down to a level where your immune system can cope without help, or where you will feel significantly better.

The die-off alone is an extremely positive result, and although you appear to be taking a small dose it is having a significant impact.

Drink plenty of water, eat raw organic food where possible and don't overload your system with foods which cause pathogens to flourish such as sugary or carbohydrate-loaded refined products and fizzy drinks - even the diet ones.

If the die-off becomes too uncomfortable, you can reduce your dosage to half a capsule daily and increase again as it eases off.

Conquering a condition like this usually involves departing from the mainstream way of eating and becoming a semi-"health nut". You'll be so glad you did.
