Answer:
A mixture of Olive leaf extract, whole lemon, olive oil and immune modulator Naltrexone, has been shown to have very significant benefits for HIV positive people. Olive leaf tea has also been extensively used by HIV+ patients.
I suggest you buy the book Olive Leaf Extract by Dr. Morton Walker who gives some recipes for these mixtures. Chapter 8 of his book is entitled "Changing HIV Positive(+) Blood to HIV Negative (-)"
