6000mg olive leaf capsules

by Melissa
(Sydney, Australia)

Question:

Could you please help me in understanding if the olive leaf brand that I bought has enough oleuropein content to be effective?

I bought a (Brand Name) High Strength Olive Leaf.

It contains (per capsule):

Olea europaea leaf extract dry conc. equivalent to dry leaf: 6g (6000mg)
standardised to oleuropein: 144mg

Greatly appreciate your help!

Regards,

Melissa

Answer:

Hi Melissa, yes that strength is fine, on paper anyway.

If the Oleuropein content is complemented by all the other anti-oxidants normally found in the leaf it should deliver good results.

As you have already bought it, take it at the recommended dosage and see.

I wish you good health.
